Kia ora, I'm Tommy (he/him, queer, gender fluid and autistic), a human researcher, designer and coach, and Founder & Lead Designer of TTConsulting NZ. I lead our team across the motu (country), based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington).
We work with individuals, teams, organisations and communities to design and deliver mahi (work) focused on human and taiao (environmental) wellbeing, resilience, collaboration, sustainability and transformation.
Our backgrounds span business, management and human consulting and contracting, with technical specialisms in human leadership coaching, outcome monitoring design and implementation, facilitation and keynote speaking, human-centred design, behavioural change, social marketing, and strategy, planning, design and development.
As a collective, we feel grateful to support organisations, teams and individuals to create and move towards their goals, hopes and dreams.
Now is the time to transform how we design and deliver environmental and social projects across Aotearoa, for a better shared tomorrow.
We believe we can help you do this through collaborative systems, meaningful and culturally tailored social processes and by leveraging shared Human knowledge, with permission when required in relation to Te Āo Māori.
We will help you plan strategically, connect with those who share your kaupapa (policy), and help you build towards a sustainable and equitable future for yourself, your teams and your organisations.
Our human-centred design approach combines evidence, measurement, and international cross-sector experience for creative, results-focused development.
