Kia ora, I'm Tommy (all/any)
I’m a sole trader based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington). Working alongside specialist associates, we partner with individuals, teams, organisations, and communities.
Together, we design and deliver mahi (work) focused on human and taiao (environmental) wellbeing, resilience, collaboration, sustainability, and transformation.
Our approach is always evidence-based and outcome-oriented. We bring a blend of international professional experience and rich personal lived experience, including neurodiversity, to everything we do.

How we work
We plan, design, and deliver projects in bi-cultural and inclusive ways that honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi. As a collective, we feel deeply grateful to support organisations, teams, and individuals to create and move towards their goals, hopes, and dreams.
Beyond the mahi
When time and finances permit, my partner and I cycle tour around the world. We are always keen and happy to help other humans get on their own bikes and start their own adventures!

We believe we can help you do this through collaborative systems, meaningful and culturally tailored social processes and by leveraging shared Human knowledge, with permission when required in relation to Te Āo Māori.
