Kia ora (hello)! I’m Tommy (all/any), a consultant and coach based in Aotearoa (New Zealand).
I work with organisations, teams and clients to design and deliver personal, wellbeing and ecological projects that make a people and Papatūānuku (mother earth) centred difference.
I also use my human centred design practice and lived experience as a queer person and adventure cyclist, to provide professional coaching.
My mahi (work experience) has been in advertising strategy, business management, international development and local and central government.
Now is a time to transform how we collectively design, develop and deliver environmental and social projects, pilots and interventions. Using or establishing collaborative mechanisms and systems underpinned by open, agile and trusted relationships.
I will help you plan and deliver strategically, uncovering and connecting to those with a shared kaupapa (policy). We’ll build sustainable partnerships and change that makes a difference.
I’m committed to human centred design, evidence and measurement. Teamed with my cross-sector international experience, this brings a creative, output-focused, unique and fun collaborative approach.
