Human Leaders programme
3 phases of Human development
Supported by the global Waking Up app via 6-month free participant membership
Programme keystone outcome: Creating better Humans creates more balanced and equitable individuals, professionals and leaders
Human Leaders programme ‘Why’
The programme has been designed to address 3 existing core Human challenges;
Societal, community, workplace and cultural division, fuelled by ‘them and us’ and ‘right and wrong’ mindsets, which erodes critical thinking and enhances ‘control and command’ mindsets across all Human systems
Misperception of equity and equality, which impacts inclusion and diversity, which in turn erodes diversity of thought, learning, connection and creative thinking
Miscomprehension that introspection, self-awareness and compassion for ourselves and others are ‘nice-to-haves’, driven by a world where distraction has become the norm and the patriarchy (which negatively influences Human behaviours regardless of gender) builds ‘fear-based‘ mind-sets in those it upholds and/or benefits
Programme problem and opportunity statements
Both statements are informed by our Human Leaders Coaching programme methodology, research and design, which draws on practice-based evidence and grounded theory principles, supported by decades of systemic observational research across client populations. Research References and Programme design whakapapa are included in the Human Leaders programme White Paper below, or you can click here to see them specifically.
Programme ‘How’, ‘When’ and ‘Who-with’
The programme combines intuitive personal and professional development practice; coaching philosophies; Stoic and Mindfulness philosophies; accessible psychological theory; and, Human development research, insight and evidence to surface and address coaching and leadership sector gaps and, set this unique problem and opportunity statement.
This presents a transformational challenge to future Humans, leaders, teams and organisations, who want to play an equitable, inclusive and critically balanced role in our shared Human future.
The programme has 4 X delivery models; One-to-One coaching, Human Coaching Clinic, Human Leaders Alliance coaching and Peer-Pair coaching, that will be launched from August-Sept 2026.
Target participant profiles as of July 2026, are:
Organisations that want to support their individuals, teams and culture, where culture or inter-personal dynamics have become stagnated, erosive and there are pockets of negative Human behaviour that are impacting an individual, team or the organisation at large
Individuals, Peer-pairs or Groups (6 person max) made up of Senior and Executive leaders, Board-members and board teams, Senior and upper middle management individuals and, Individual sole traders, consultants and start ups, who are either;
Humans at a crossroads in their careers who want to enhance self-awareness, resilience, empathy, intuitive professional and personal development and trusted relationships, for themselves and others. To help them facilitate; performance optimisation in their current state both personally and professionally, a career change or a constructive career break or sabbatical
Humans that want to make a difference focused on their current state professional setting, who have the self-awareness and compassion to understand their own development must come first in order to; enhance their performance, communication and self-reflection to lead by example and helping others in their teams, within their peer-sets and/or organisations to do the same
The programme applies 3 X designed Human development phases and 4 X Human development toolkits to achieve this with participants. Additional information on these mechanics, delivery methods and participant profiles are included in the Human Leaders programme White Paper below, or you can click here to this specifically.

Programme mission
In better understanding our shared Human experience, it brings us to an inclusive, compassionate and equitable middle way within ourselves and with those around us .
Building emotionally intelligent Humans, leaders, teams and organisations for sustainable change that enhances Aotearoa’s wellbeing and future.
How clients and Human Leaders will feel
We remain grounded in who we are as the world and workplace scrolls, spins and continuously changes around us. Because we know our shared intrinsic worth as Human beings, no better or worse than anyone.
We lead authentically, with kindness and compassionate self-awareness, supporting and inspiring others to do the same. Knowing the journey and process, along with our transparency and vulnerability, help us all stay connected and continuously learn.
We embrace ourselves and one another as works in progress, and through evidence and measurement share collective insight that transforms us, our teams, organisations and country.
A future Aotearoa Human Leaders research foundation
TTConsulting mid-to-long-term intention (24–48 months), as the Human Leaders programme builds awareness, uptake, traction, and capital, is to establish a Human Leaders research foundation, funded through funnelling 25% of all programme fees.
This will be supported by a governance system, for the foundation and programme development. Driven and managed through bi-cultural settings with representation from all core minority groups across Aotearoa.
All foundation governance members will bring professional and lived experience to enhance and support the ongoing collective national kaupapa and wider Human Leaders movement in Aotearoa.
