Keystone participant outcome: Creating better Humans creates more balanced and equitable professionals and leaders
A Leadership and Coaching programme researched, designed, tested and piloted by the TTConsulting team from June 2023 to June 2026, with peer review from Jeremy Leslie, Jess Stuart, Joe Consedine and Gerrard Vaughn from Farmstrong.
The TTConsulting team bring a wealth of lived and professional experience to the programme, including academic research publication; International and national Outcome Monitoring design delivery; Human centred design; Leadership coaching and training; Behavioural Change; Governance design, delivery and management; and, Human Wellbeing specialisms. The team Whakapapa forms part of our White paper.
The programme is researched, designed and delivered through core-guiding Human Design frameworks; UK’s Double Diamond Design framework; Te ao Māori: Te Whare Tapa Wha; COM-B: Behavioural Change; Community Based Social Marketing; and, GROW coaching combined with UN Outcome Monitoring design thinking.
The programme combines intuitive leadership; coaching; Stoic and Mindfulness philosophies; accessible psychological theory; and, Human development research, insight and evidence to surface and address coaching and leadership sector gaps and, set a unique problem and opportunity statement. This presents a transformational challenge to future Humans, leaders, teams and organisations, who want to play an equitable, inclusive and critically balanced role in our shared Human future.
The attached White paper and programme whakapapa reflect cultural bilingualism in what we believe is a core leadership trait in Aotearoa. We use all Te ao Māori and Mātauranga Māori principles, knowledge and wisdom with deep respect and admiration for Te ao Māori, as well as wider global indigenous knowledge holders, who we see as leaders in our collective Human development space.
The White paper was drafted by the TTConsulting team, peer reviewed by pilot programme participants and proofread by Ai.
A future Aotearoa Human Leaders research foundation
TTConsulting team's mid-to-long-term intention (24–48 months), as the programme builds awareness, uptake, traction, and capital, is to establish a Human Leaders social research foundation, with the aim of funnelling 25% of all programme fees into it. Supported by a regional and national governance system, for this and programme development. It will be managed through bi-cultural governance that includes core minority groups from across Aotearoa, where all members will bring professional and lived experience to enhance and support the ongoing collective national and global kaupapa.

Programme mission
In better understanding our shared Human experience, it brings us to an inclusive, compassionate and equitable middle way within ourselves and with those around us .
Building emotionally intelligent Humans, leaders, teams and organisations for sustainable change that enhances Aotearoa’s wellbeing and future.
How clients and Human Leaders will feel
We remain grounded in who we are as the world and workplace scrolls, spins and continuously changes around us. Because we know our shared intrinsic worth as Human beings, no better or worse than anyone.
We lead authentically, with kindness and compassionate self-awareness, supporting and inspiring others to do the same. Knowing the journey and process, along with our transparency and vulnerability, help us all stay connected and continuously learn.
We embrace ourselves and one another as works in progress, and through evidence and measurement share collective insight that transforms us, our teams, organisations and country.
