Our three guiding frameworks for all human centred design practice consulting or contracting work are:
Te Whare Tapa Whā: A Māori health and wellbeing framework designed by Sir Mason Durie, Rangitāne, Ngāti Kauwhata, and Ngāti Raukawa
Double Diamond: A consulting framework for human centred practitioners, created by the British Design Council
COM-B: A human research framework, which uncovers mechanisms to understand and build equity and equality with any group of humans, to support positive behavioural change
We also apply the United Nations best practice guidelines for environmental and social outcome monitoring design, which is applicable at all scales
-
We build tangible, outcomes-focused strategies in wellbeing, behaviour change and engagement, co-developed with leadership teams, technical experts and/or communities.
Using systems thinking, we design and manage adaptable governance, stakeholder relationships, reporting, risk, budgets and resources throughout project lifecycles, including coordination across organisations for regional and national projects.
-
We design and deliver safe, culturally respectful workshops, wānanga and kōrero throughout project lifecycles, including collaborative planning to define purpose, outcomes, design and resources.
-
A TTConsulting professional and personal development coaching programme combining neuro-inclusive learning methods, human philosophy, psychological theory, human-centred design and outcome monitoring practice
Supporting and guiding individuals to address key challenges and/or identify desired behavioural shifts and development areas, to co-design and monitor their pathway for change
