Building compassionate self-awareness to create better humans and authentic leaders

This leadership coaching programme is for organisations and leadership teams who want to take a human approach to personal, team and organisational culture development.

It’s built on a foundation of self-awareness and our life journeys, to better understand how this shapes our thought patterns, beliefs, biases and leadership styles.

Thought experiments in the Reflect phase, use stoic and mindfulness philosophy and psychological theory to practically support people to enhance self-awareness and understand where they can develop.

Human centred design coaching tools and workshops provide the setting and structure to reveal and apply learnings for participants and others.

Programme experiments are tailored to organisational and team settings across the Relate and Respond phases. Supporting the journey from self-awareness, to coaching to collective implementation.

Outcome monitoring design brings everything together to integrate learnings, build ongoing accountability and sustain positive change.
