Approach: 3 Human development Phases and 4 Kete (toolkits)

Three Human centred phases grounded in international evidence and research. Pace is determined by participants.

Each phase encompasses evidence based kete (toolkits) encompassing Human developing tools and Thought, Coaching and Implementation experiments.

REFLECT Phase:

Healthy and balanced personal and professional development is most sustainable and achievable when we own our stories without fear or shame to understand and accept ourselves with compassion

When we can clearly see our patterns of reactive behaviour and decide which ones are creating internal and external balance and harmony, we can begin this journey

Includes KETE 1: Human Development & Part 1 of KETE 2: Thought Experiment

RELATE Phase:

In understanding ourselves better, we are then best placed to safely coach and develop others. In doing this we also stay open to teaching and developing ourselves

When we stop learning and move away from Growth mindset we can stagnate ourselves and others around us

RESPOND Phase:

Accountability is the keystone to personal and professional change. For some participants, we will achieve this in the first two phases

For individuals in team settings, we apply international outcome monitoring design practice to a project or social goal that is informed by data from the first two phases before being co-designed with a team to create a collective outcome monitoring framework

Keystone outcome: Creating better Humans creates more balanced and equitable professionals and leaders

Prioritising participant outcomes for an individually tailored coaching approach

Participants will prioritise outcomes for individual coaching approaches regardless of delivery model, from options researched and designed by TTConsulting, click here, and where there are gaps, their own.

Sustaining Human leaders development

Building internal or inter-organisational Human leader Peer-Pairs (buddies) or Alliances will help sustain personal and professional development in a rapidly changing world

We remain grounded in who we are as the world and workplace scrolls, spins and continuously changes around us. Because we know our shared intrinsic worth as Human beings, no better or worse than anyone.

We lead authentically, with kindness and compassionate self-awareness, supporting and inspiring others to do the same. Knowing the journey and process, along with our transparency and vulnerability, help us all stay connected and continuously learn.

We embrace ourselves and one another as works in progress, and through evidence and measurement share collective insight that transforms us, our teams, organisations and country.
